    One of the best baby stores in Vancouver. Staff are friendly and helpful. Love to browse the website for the latest baby gadgets too! Highly recommended.

    Have ordered items online as well as gone to the store to buy some of their products. I find the staff helpful and knowledgable about their products. They even got one of their staff to drive a stroller I bought from their Langley location to the North Vancouver in one day so I didn't have to drive to the other location!

    Had a great experience at Active Baby tonight (as always). Very knowledgeable and common sense approach - not trying to upsell. Listened to my needs regarding a carrier and recommended the cheaper product as it better fit my needs.

    I’ve been here a few times, and have always been pleased with the service I’ve been provided! The staff is great; helpful and knowledgeable. Prices are decent. I’ll definitely continue shopping at Active Baby!
