  But regardless the owner went above and beyond and had a new replacement bike waiting for me when I arrived - one that was better and far pricier than the model I had purchased (without charging me a dime more). Now this is true customer service. I don't plan on purchasing a bike anywhere else because this is obviously a business that cares to make things right (even when they don't have to).

  I was given great direction on an affordable bike choice for my 10 year old when I first went in. I was told that it would take a couple of weeks for the bike to come in (selection was limited and it was coming in from Montreal).

  The service dept is absolutely the best. Their team is welcoming, they keep me updated with phone calls on what might be issue at fault once they have checked it out and suggest options based on my budget. And in nearly every case they turn around my bike the same day.

  Last minute my family decided to do a bike trip to the island and the shop made every effort to bring the bike in ahead of schedule. Unfortunately there was a mixup and the bike I thought was waiting for me went to another buyer by the time I was able to leave work. Not the outcome I was hoping for given the circumstances, but what the shop did to rectify the situation was far more than I expected.

  Steed Cycles is a place where the staff are simply NICE & EDUCATED ! Very organized.... not pushy at all. I went to 7 bike shops and they were barnone the best. They spent alot of time making sure you are happy and post sale service continued to be fantastic. Jason, the sales manager, and the rest of the staff are highly recommended.

  I ve been there a few days ago. Nice staff and plenty of good advices about trails to ride and theses guys know what they're talking about... I Iam Happy with them and will have my Spe enduro serviced by them for sure!

  They called me to let me know what had happened (I was on my way there) and the rep, Max (who had been very helpful throughout in giving me updates on arrival and getting it ready the same day) told me to still come in and they would work something out. I thought most likely I would be given a used loaner (to use for the bike trip) until another bike could be brought in and that would have been perfectly adequate to make things right (can't overlook the fact that the bike was coming in ahead of schedule without my paying a rush fee and the shop did make it a priority to build it right away, but mistakes happen...).
