  These people are professionals. I would definitely go back to service my vehicle here. My only constructive criticism, would be to suggest that they run any undiscussed repairs by the customer before performing it.

  Make sure you ask them exactly how much they are going to charge and what exactly they are going to do BEFORE giving in your vehicle. Get it in writing. Otherwise they tell you an oil change is $50 and give you a huge bill at the end for stuff you never agreed to and never asked them to do. Dishonest mechanics are all over the North Shore and these are no different. They also make you wait for hours and take your vehicle into a hidden garage where you can't see what they do. Make sure wherever you go that you can clearly watch what is being done to your vehicle so there are no ugly surprises later.

  Honest and friendly. Let you know what needs to be down and the level importance. Even had Len of the guys tell me I didn't need to get something down as he has the same thing wrong with his car and hasn't bothered to do it. Provide shuttles and great deals on rentals if you need one.
