    I paid over $600 for personal training sessions, was assigned a trainer who messaged me once saying she would set up a schedule with me but I never heard from her again. When I called the gym, I was assured that someone would be getting in touch with me in a few days, but that call has never come. Very disappointing lack of professionalism.....

    If you need a place to park this isn't the gym for you. Very few spaces and not monitored at all. Anyone can come in and park for the day and no-one would notice. Spaces should be numbered and have a time limit. This morning I wasted 20 minutes circling around for a space to park. Reception gets tons of complaints but no-one seems to care or do anything about it. If I could find another women's gym on the north shore I would cancel my membership here.

    You get what you pay for. Ladies' change-rooms, showers and toilets could be cleaner. This it the type of place where you have ask for what you need instead of expecting good service.

    Great gym! Such a pleasant surprise to find the huge amount of resources and down to earth atmosphere. Ladies only section with massive co-ed area.

    I love working out in this safe and unpretentious environment. Helpful staff always ready to help, good machines, and reasonable price.
