  - Very poorly equipped office: there aren't any walls in the treatment areas, patients are separated by curtains, so there is no privacy. Physios often call out to each other from behind the curtains. Also use very unusual tools made of cheap plastic.

  This is my go to place whenever I have basketball related injuries, Ben is very experienced and knowledgeable, I have never had to return to address the same issue. Everyone is friendly, facility is clean and tidy, also price is reasonable, definitely will be recommending their service to everyone that has physio needs.

  Lam Jackson hurt seriously my back and condemned me to a daily life in pain . Never had back pain before. I am trying to reach out to him but he is not responding my emails anymore and Jason Coolen seems OK with that . Worst thing Í have done in my life .

  - Poor value: Physios tend to do more talking than actual therapy. You're paying for 22 minutes of chatting over a half-hour appointment. Don't bother... spend your money elsewhere and get a full hour with someone with experience.

  Best physio team around! The 2 therapists I saw have a ton of experience and they were able to fix my shoulder after a fall in only 2 visits. The front staff are excellent. They are connected to a newer walk in clinic which made it easy for me to get a doctors referral (which I needed for my extended medical). It was easy to find parking and it's free! Have recommended friends already!

  - Office shares a waiting room with a walk-in clinic so you're obligated to sit with people waiting to get prescriptions for streptococcus and God-knows what else.

  - If you come in citing more than one problem or injury, expect to have only one taken care of in the treatment, and wait til next week to get the rest taken care of.
